What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

My last blood test that I had Tuesday before a bone marrow biopsy had a wbc of 26,ooo platelet count of of 425,000, immature granulocytes of .14 K, high lymphocytes, high neutrophils, high monocytes, low albumin/globulin ratio, high alkaline phosphatase, high globulin, and low glomerular filtration rate What could these indicate? The first bone marrow biopsy said it could be the beginning of myleofibrosis, but said the results were incomplete. My hematologist has been saying each month that I am a difficult case and he doesn t know what it is. I am sick all the time. Any ideas?

HI
Well come to HCM
Routine blood test being done to rule out certain etiologies which are suspected during clinical examination and history given by patient so it is not possible to say anything that what the test result stand for without clinical history and examination, some times this looks complete normal but may have some manifestation, some time this could be out of range or looks different while patient does not have any symptoms, if the WBC is high then this could be due to infection, hope this information helps, take care.
